We are taken, step by step, through a terrible tragedy. As we go deeper and deeper into the events of that fateful night, one can't help but think of all the ways something like this could have been prevented. From the disasterous retrograde design of the submarines all the way to the handling of the investigation. Several times through the story, I thought to myself - "it can't get any worse now". Boy, was I wrong...
